The guest houses - three cubes spread out on the ground – were designed having in mind the direct correlation with the microclimate: the intelligent openings on the facades, the pool water and the planted roofs allow for natural cooling throughout the hot months.

The villa was designed so that all main spaces have unobstructed views to the sea and the in-between landscape. The main residence features 4 master bedrooms, a kitchen and an open plan dining and sitting area.
